Bonnie Niven, Director of Human Resources
Bonnie joined Extrusion Technology in January 2008 and has over twenty-five years experience in human resources management and consulting. Bonnie has served in senior human resources positions for a number of companies in a variety of industries, including not-for profit, telecommunications, healthcare, packaging and automotive products. Bonnie's responsibilities have included both the strategic and tactical management of the human resources function and has hands-on experience with Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing methodology. Most recently, Bonnie was Vice President of Client Services for a global consulting firm where she worked directly with client companies to develop human resource strategies that align with business opportunities in the areas of creative sourcing and retention strategies, high-potential performance programs, career transition, and change management.
